## Getting started with SkyNET V3 (Fluxer)

There are two versions of SkyNET; SkyNET Public and SkyNET Self-Host.\
**SkyNET Public** is ran by Beta Core itself and requires minimal configuration to get started.\
**SkyNET Self-Host** is a version of SkyNET that you may run yourself on your own system.

<Note>
  **This documentation primarily applies to the Self-Host version.** Public SkyNET users generally only need the **Commands** section.
</Note>

# About SkyNET

SkyNETis an [open source project](https://github.com/Beta-Core-Productions/SkyNETV3-Fluxer). Any issues with the bot may be filed [here](https://github.com/Beta-Core-Productions/SkyNETV3-Fluxer/issues).

If you're unsure whether something is an issue, ask in our [support server](https://fluxer.gg/3JIh3YRg) first.

# Permissions

SkyNET requires **Administrator** permissions to operate correctly.\
If SkyNET cannot perform certain actions, make sure:\
\
• The bot has Administrator permissions .\
• The SkyNET role is placed **above** the roles it needs to manage.
